Eryn serves on fund boards and advises global asset managers, recognized for her expertise in governance, regulation, strategic management, and sustainable finance.
- Erich FrançoisBoard memberExperienced entrepreneur and photographer who brought the marathon to Luxembourg in 2005, Erich also founded multiple businesses in renewable energy, building wind farms and power grids. He coordinates the organisation of the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg and various other sports events.
- Uli GrabenwarterBoard memberDirector of Equity Investments at the European Investment Fund, where he led the creation of the pan-European Social Impact Accelerator. A book author and university lecturer, Uli is recognized for pioneering impact investing and advancing best practices for financing social enterprises in Europe.

- Angelika GuertlerSenior Community and Partnerships OfficerWith 33 years of experience in managing public relations, corporate affairs, and event organisation for a major financial institution in Luxembourg, Angelika gained an in-depth operational knowledge of the local ecosystem and its key stakeholders. The role with Sportunity marries her passion for sport and culture with the expertise in stakeholder engagement across the country’s public and private sectors.
- Zhenya MukhumuzaLead CoordinatorA project coordinator leading inclusive sports and community initiatives, Zhenya has extensive experience in both community-based and commissioned events. She coordinates our weekly sports trainings and integration-focused activities, working with participants, volunteers and coaches, and brings extensive experience in organising children’s activities, youth programmes and camps, as well as events involving large groups of participants.
- Margarita LevinaDesign and Social MediaExperienced artist and graphic designer who has a strong background in visual communication, publishing and content creation. Her extended experience includes collaborations with international agencies and studios, publishing houses, participation in art exhibitions, and the development of both fine art and illustration projects.
